Terms of use of the service for collecting customer card data for bank guarantees

1. Acceptance of terms By using our bank guarantee management service, you accept these terms of use. Please read them carefully before providing your information. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use this service.

2. Description of the service Our service enables your bank card details to be collected and processed for the purposes of issuing and managing bank guarantees for bookings or other contractual commitments. Your card details are used solely for this purpose, without being debited, except in the event of non-compliance with the agreement or damage justifying the collection of the deposit.

3. Data collected The information collected includes:

Cardholder's name
Bank card number
Expiry date
Security code (CVV)
Deposit amount This information is collected solely for the defined purpose and will never be used for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Use of data Your data is used exclusively to:

Guarantee bank guarantee transactions
Protect against potential fraud or disputes
Verify the validity of the cards used for the guarantee Data will never be sold, exchanged or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Dataretention Bank card data is kept securely only for as long as is necessary to carry out the service, i.e. until the security deposit is released. Once the deposit has been released, this information is deleted from our systems, except in the event of a dispute or legal request.

6. Security of information We use industry-standard encryption technologies and security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security in the event of cyber-attacks or breaches.

7. Responsibility of the user By using this service, you declare that:

You are the legitimate holder of the bank card used for the deposit
You provide accurate and up-to-date information
You will not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

8. Limitation of liability We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of this service, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. In particular, we are not liable for any bank charges or other charges imposed by your bank.

9. Right to cancel or suspend the service We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to this service in the event of suspected fraud, misuse or breach of these conditions, without notice and without liability on our part.

10. Changes to the terms of use We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our site, and your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those new terms.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction These conditions are governed by the laws in force in the country where our registered office is located. Any dispute relating to the use of the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
