Check-in

Your arrival is autonomous.

You will be able to access the accommodation from 3pm.

If you wish to arrive earlier, please make a request via the "Extra" tab above. This will be subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

This is a pedestrian street accessible by car to unload luggage as you pass the Hôtel du Commerce.

A key box is attached to the window grilles on the right. Code 1322.

Check-out

You may use the accommodation until 10am maximum.

For a late check-out, you must make a request via the "Extra" tab above. This will be subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Please leave the keys in the key box located on the gate, code 1322.

Before leaving, please :

- wash and put away your dishes,

- turn off the air conditioning or radiators,

- dispose of your rubbish,

- close the windows,

- leave the accommodation as you found it.

Step 1: Use the TV remote control to turn on the television.

Step 2: Use the second remote control to turn on the TV box.

Step 3: If nothing appears on the screen (this may take a few seconds), use the TV remote control to select the HDMI 1 source.

Note: Use the TV remote only to turn the TV on and adjust the volume.

🔧 If you encounter a problem:

Make sure the TV box is properly connected to the HDMI 1 port.
Turn off both the TV and the TV box, then start again from Step 1.
If it still doesn’t work, unplug the TV box, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in and repeat from Step 1.
